Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kabnet Solutions project management platform and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

Access to the Service requires an account, which is provisioned by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or contains malicious code.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the projects, tasks, comments, files, and other content you submit to the Service ("Content"). You grant Kabnet Solutions a limited license to host, store, and process your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit your Content.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Termination

Your organization's administrator may suspend or terminate your access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where required to protect the Service or comply with the law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kabnet Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
